RETURNS

You can return or exchange items up to 21 calendar days after receiving your original order. The product must be sent back in its original condition, original packaging and without previously used postage labels. All returns must be sent back with the returns form to ensure a quick and smooth handling. The returns form will be enclosed with your delivery.

Returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number (and if possible insurance). If you return an order, always keep your tracking number and receipts so you have proof of shipment. SEMPER is not responsible for delayed or lost packages.

We will include a self adhesive label which you can use to return the package. However if you lose the label please use the following information:

After your package is delivered at our warehouse, we will return your money within 14 days.

Return costs will be refunded as follows: if you buy at least one product, we will refund € 5. If you return all products the shippings costs will not be refunded.

My order is incorrect, what to do?

We do our best to make sure every order is perfect. But unfortunately, mistakes can happen. When something went wrong, please contact us at contact@semperfootwear.com and we will do our best to fix and correct any issues as quickly as possible.

When will my money be returned?

We strive to return your money within 7 working days. However with some payment methods it will take a bit longer, but no longer then 14 working days.
